Description: Automatic Standard Ringlock Welding Machine is used to weld rosettes with pipe at a distance of 500mm from each other and it gets welded from both ends at one go to get the perfect welding results. This machine is designed by the SWW brand to meet the market demands by using a PLC control system with HMI for changing the inputs according to client requirements. SWW brand always takes care of their clients while designing the machines so that all machines will be easy to use and must be durable. All the control of SPM is provided at the control panel of the machine One can able to weld jobs from 1 meter to 3 or 4 meters according to their requirement.
The Ringlock system is used mostly in European countries because this system is well known for its high strength because rosettes are welded from both sides. Moreover, this system is used to get assembled and disassembled and has no effect of snow on it.
