Pipe Cutting Machine

Pipe cutting machine is a machine that is used to cut various types of metals with the help of a SAW blade made of HSS according to the requirement of the job, cutting lubricant is used to keep the cutting blade cool and it helps to give a clear and straight cut to metals.
SWW brand pipe cutting machine is specially designed for the scaffolding industry, this machine is capable of cutting Solid jacks and Pipes from 28 to 70mm with thickness up to 6mm length can be adjusted according to the requirement of the job. Metal SAW blade is used in this machine of 350mm diameter for cutting the material. 
The operation of the machine is very simple there are 3 modes in the machine which can be selected from HMI according to the use of a machine. Movement of the Clamping vice and Main slide is with Hydraulic cylinders and their pressure and speed are easily adjustable from the knobs provided on the valves.
