There are 3 dies for making Prop nut washer and all dies are made in pillar set to provide ease for setting them for operation and long die life. Dies processes are as follow: 1st Process Blanking ( Raw material required for blanking is 100MM) and sheet thickness may vary according to client requirement. 2nd Process Bending in this process blank is given shape of washer. 3rd Process Punching in this process center part is removed from the washer.
